There are multiple sites that have those drawings where you are not dependant on the mail system - eg WWII Era Military Blueprints & Manuals | AirCorps Library

My set I bought in the 70s on 35mm microfilm and all the electronic copies are derived from microfilm so some pages are not worth wasting time on.

Unfortunately one of the moderators' tasks is to keep some of the very best unknown to the community at large. But then again, we have to abandon some coolness to keep a civil tone during our frank exchanges of views.
