Gun Sight Labels/Information Plaque

Hello,

I have been asking this question all around the web and so far no luck. In the He 219 cockpit there was a plaque in front of the gunsight with presumably operation instructions. The sight was a revi 16b??? or possibly a 16c/d. Anyone have that info? Second, does anyone have the catapult operation instructions for the plaque in the cockpit????
