Yes, I'm fairly close to the museum.Haven't been there for sometime though, I would have liked to got involved but I was doing long haul, now I'm doing nights at Cargill. When are you down? I'm sure it's improved a bit since these pics was taken.....

Ask for Andy. I am there every Saturday from 10am to about 4pm.

Yes there's been lots of progress since then but only on the fuselage. The work has been mostly about restoring the structural integrity of the airframe. The interior surfaces are about 60 % complete and painted so we are on the verge of adding systems back in starting with the copper grounding strap network.

Nice work.
Did you use an airbrush for the mottle? What model of airbrush did you use for the mottle on your model (sorry, couldn't resist). But I've got the Tamiya A-3 and I could use your advice.
Thanks.

Thanks nsmekanik. You've got some great results there.
Christmas is coming soon and I've had the same airbrush for 25 years. Hmmmm

Do you have any pics to share?

I definitely need to at least stop by when you guys are around, but since I've been working Saturdays lately I've been sleeping while you all have been there. sure has come along way since I last saw it. Can't believe it's been that long, how time flies.
