I am rebuilding a Hawker Tempest and in need of the following parts: Sea Fury ailerons, Rudder, and throttle quadrant. Do any members have any available?

If it is an actual full-sized Tempest the control surfaces are different on the Sea Fury I'm afraid.

Perhaps altering the wing to take the Sea Fury stuff?

But if doing that work, why not make Tempest ailerons instead?

Check out Spitfire Spares. They always have Tempest and Typhoon Parts.
