I believe that's a B-25 nose wheel. I presume the reverse side is not set up for a brake?

That is the Hayes H-3-44A 30" Smooth Contour Light Duty Landing Wheel, that was used on the AT-9A and UC-64A: while it looked very similar to it's close cousin, the H-3-124 series, that was used as the nosewheel for B-25s, it also had provision for 12 x 2¼" hydraulic brakes.

I don't know whether it has been uploaded to here, because my copy was downloaded from Avialogs (now a free service) . When I have some spare time, I'll look at uploading it to WW2 Aircraft.net if it hasn't already been done.
