Anyone know what aircraft this came from? It's British that's all I know.

It's a similar layout to the trim controls on the Lancaster and Lincoln, although they didn't have indicators on the aileron and rudder adjustment.
 
I agree with Wojtek.
Although similar to the Lancaster trim controls, it looks more "modern", especially the aileron and rudder adjustment wheels. On the Lanc, these were spoked handles, like on a tap (faucet) rather than completely circular "wheels".
It does look slightly familiar, although I can't figure out from which aircraft, and I think it would possibly be a single pilot type (although probably multi engine, crewed aircraft), with these control on the right of the pilot's seat, as per the Lanc.
