This is a power point attachment that is being sent via an e mail chain the purpose is explained within the presentaion.
My virus scan says it is totally free of any infections I personally got this mailed to me from a freind and believe it has a valid message to get over.

If this has already been discussed I apologise as I have been out of the loop for a while.
