I'm trying to find the meaning of IARC codes 'WM' and 'TD'. Can anyone help?

I've seen a mention of 'TD' being "tested to destruction", but that seems too easy since the codes are rarely direct abbreviations, and in any case I'd expect such a code to have an associated termination letter, but it doesn't seem the case.

As to 'WM', from sampling it would seem to mean something like, "contract work by on-site working party", but I'd appreciate a confirmation or specific definition.

Anyone?

TD might make sense; could be a transfer to training use. The Robert A Mann book has a lot of missing codes - especially those post-1962 ish. I've found a few over the years but the official USAF data entry document eludes me still!

Thanks!!
