almost everywhere have the stamp stan 469 inside a circle..!

Looks to me like the tail leg mounting block and structure from a Bristol Blenhiem/Beaufort/Beaufighter. The critical information you provided are the part numbers (92nnn) so someone may have a parts catalogue for those types and be able to help.
