Yep, looks about right to me. The presence of the de-icing boot on only the lower section of the fin is a giveaway.

C-45F, could be 44-47287, which was remaned to a C-45G in 1951.

Beech C-45F Expeditor 44-47287 remanufactured by Beech as C-45G 51-11742. The manufacturer's serial no is hard to determine as that batch of c-45s the serial number didn't tally with progression of military serials.
