Check this very good article with all a/c used in the movie and their respective fates. I collected it because of the single B-25 used (disguised as a DB-7), but the information covers the rest of the planes as well.
There are some photos of the "survivors" in the article. (planes not destroyed after the filming and still existing today)

I recall seeing a classified ad in Flying Magazine the year before, a P-51D in flying condition, with a spare Merlin engine, for $18,000.

Of course, at that time you could buy any number of new cars for about $2000.
