Interior color of captured aircraft

Hi there.
I'm going to plan a special collection called "captured aircraft". According to my plan, Zero(Akutan Zero),BF-109 and FW-190(captured by RAF) would be made.
I would take the Zero as a start. So, as the exterior colour painted to the same as US aircraft, what about the interior colour? Painted just like the exterior or kept original?
What would the Allied force do to those ex-Axis aircrafts?

I've left all my interior colours as is. I've built about 15 if you include aircraft that served with different countries
