Just wondering if you're positive you saw a twin tail?
To my myopic eyes, I see a straight (reasonably) leading edge and tapered trailing edge and I'm sure there are acute angles on the leading edge - between the inner nacelles and the fuselage. Now here's your typical Beech 18 silhouette - the tapers are reversed...
I'm thinking it may be a much more common Beech - the Baron or Travel Air? If we assume no twin tail.
Definitely not any of those.
If not a Beech 18 ( pic is not clear enough for positive ID ), then I'd I'd go with Graeme's suggestion - probably a Baron.
