Given the this is clearly only part of the original and what remains is badly damaged, can anyone identify what this may relate to? I believe that it may originate from a Ju88 but have no definitive information. Any thoughts from the experts out there would be much appreciated.

From what's there it looks like a warning not to lower the flaps above a certain speed.

I get the following -Do not fly at speed exceeding 256/Km/h with the landing gear and flaps deployed. Move the ??? lever to the 0 position ???
