I think it was well worth the money, even if I would have liked even more bombers per wave.....which would have choked my gfx engine back then. And now too I suppose.
Hard to put the finger on why I liked it so, but I did enjoy the scrap fighting btwn formations of 4-8 planes (anti-Jabo) before and during Overlord.
And blasting away at the 17s, of course while keeping away from the Flak barrages
Yall should try out BATTLESTATIONS MIDWAY for the 360. You can control planes, pt boats, ships, subs, bombers, and aircraft carriers. Its really fun and pretty accurate except for a type of battleship that never exsisted. They call it a New York class, but its actually A New Mexico class.
