Dear Micdrow , it seems an error has occurred, this is not the Kawanishi E7K Type 94. I have carefully studied the manual of the Kawanishi E7K and I must say that the manual is for a completely different aircraft. A two-seat army aviation aircraft is listed here, and the Kawanishi E7K Type 94 was a three-seat naval scout on floats. And the development order was given from the maritime department.
