WEP (P =1180 mmHg). There is a document for testing production aircraft and I see no reason to believe that the testing of the prototype was any different.

I would appreciate it if you could cite a document on the test results for the La-7 or its prototype that indicates a speed exceeding 600 kph at S.L.

The La-7 prototype never exceeded 680 kph at any altitude.

This is not a document, but rather graphs from the book Aircraft Construction in the USSR, published in 1992–1994 and edited by Byushgens. Some of the graphs in this book contain errors and contradict with documents.
 
Here's quite a bit of information I've collected on the LA Series through decades. I got some nice information in Belarus 25 years ago and had my wife translate what I thought the most important. One actually states the time from take off to different altitudes with speed and distance covered. I'e argued with the developers of 3 games I helped with about the simulation having the aircraft climb too fast and not covering distance to altitude. Seems most believe full throttle and WEP climb isn't an issue for temperature increase of engines. Most if not all data showing climb rate is at normal climb power, which isn't full boost power or WEP.
