Can you spot the BLOOPER!!!!
 
No blooper (I think...), just an error in the drawing... Roller T is in contact ONLY with exhaust camplate, roller V only with inlet camplate...

The rollers T and V must be on OPPOSITE sides of the lever U for correct function.
