It's for an F-5A for the Tamiya P-38F/G
According to a couple of books for the recce P-38 the F-5A and F-5B had the same camera arrangements. So the nose was the same. The difference was the basic variant of the plane used for the modifications. The F-5A based on the P-38G while the F-5B on P-38J.
