Some engines (particularly British) of the inter-wars period list "M L Magnetos" as their equipment.

Anyone know what "M L" stands for?

Thanks.

M.L. Magneto Syndicate Ltd. Coventry.
M. L. comes from the names of the two founders, Morris and Lister.
