me 262 putty color?

Hello want,I just want to know if the putty color of the 262 where grey or yellow(or even both):

Actually it wasn't a putty but a kind of preservative paint. It's tone could be either yellow-grey or dark grey. Aso it could be of a greenish tinge. Because the plane factories were assembling them using pre-made sections by different manufacturers it is very likely that there could have been used both of them.

I would say that's the yellow-grey one. But not sure what area of the plane you mean.

OK. Now I see that. Yes that's the yellowish one. But the grey is also very possible.

"The yellowish one"? You're talking the "paint/putty" right?

Yes I am. But according to a couple of colour pics the grey tone is more likely. See here..
