Hi
The RAF Bombing Training syllabus for August 1943 has a section on Bomb Carriers which includes this section -

"LSEM carriers: general description, action, leads and safety device. Attachments. Demonstration of loading and testing with practice bombs."

I am lost for what LSEM stands for? Anyone have the solution please?

Paul

I have found a clear reference in AP1661E to the LS being Light Stores that fit to a light bomb carrier. The latter is mechanical so EM might well be electro-mechanical as suggested above.
