MiniArt 1/35 BZ-38 Reafueller?

Is, was, the BZ-38, used to refuel aircraft only, or was it used by army as well?

....I thought for something like this!

IMHO it was possible ... however it should be variant with oil and water tanks rather than for aircraft fuel only. Therefore not sure if the BZ-38 could be used.
