Mosquito Fb. VI Sutton harness

Can anyone help with the correct layout of Sutton harness's in a mosquito Fb VI I'm building the 1/32 tamiya kit and have the HGW harness set but it does not seem to make sense/ be correct to me

Starting with navigator you do step 1a then 1b you then go to 2b 2c now on 2d you thread straps thru the first belt made in step 1 Why would 2nd belt made in 2 b have adjuster buckles on it if you are going to thread it thru the set of adjuster buckles on belt from step 1
Same also applies to pilot belt

Are the adjuster buckles in step 2 b incorrect and should only be the 1 set that was made in 1a for nav and 2a for pilot
also are the lap belts correct with a strap hanging from the adjuster

Looking at the instructions, in 1A and 2A the adjustment buckles are numbered. In 2B they are not so I am assuming they are added in 1A and 2A and then just threaded through the existing in 2B. I am sure you have surmised this by now but just in case any future visitor is looking for a quick answer.

Good pickup there I still had not realised that especially as there are extra ones so i assumed incorrectly they were to be used, on top of that 3a is 2a duplicated

Looks like simply sloppy cut and paste by the graphics tech... If you'll notice, the graphic showing they go thru the adjusters shows up in 3A and 3D as well.

It is convoluted by the addition of redundant steps and could have been made clearer by simply having the Navigator's assembly go from 1A-1E and skip the Pilot + Navigator combined step. Then do 2A-2E for the Pilot's harness and save a bunch of confusion. I didn't notice 3A earlier but as mentioned, seems to rushed editing.
