NAS Oceana airshow rained out !

The week-end air show at NAS Oceana, Va. got rained out, all three days. The "Blues" did not fly at all. There was a little
flying, but not much. The admission and parking were free so the only losers were the vendors....

I hate to hear that, Charles. I'm heading to Virginia Beach for work 10/05-10/07 and was hoping to fit in a side trek to the Military Aviation Museum on Princess Anne Rd. (location?). But do you think any of the events scheduled for this past weekend may be re-scheduled?

Open Daily 9am-5pm.

The weather, today is so-so. More rain expected in the afternoon. All of their aircraft are indoors, so it will be no problem, weather-wise.
