An undisclosed Carl-Gustaf customer has ordered HEAT 758 and production is underway.

I do not wonder who that might be. Russians will become part of live firing tests.

I see written on the round in the photo 84mm, so wondering what weapon this is designed for?

Most likely the 84mm 'Carl Gustav' recoilless rocket launcher (basically a 'bazooka') or similar, or possibly for 1-shot throw-away launchers like the AT-4 (basically a 84mm LAW), or maybe both.
