Fellow members are protherbably informed about Serbian modifications of AA-2, AA-8 AA-11 to SAM variations (with or without boosters), bout I've found two newest offsprings, the AA-11 with booster mounted on SA-3 (mounted on M-84 tank chassis) and same missile using SA-6 launcher vehicle. The AA-10 (both T and ET variations) might come next, seem a no-brainer to me. Surely any decent military industry can do it.
edit: possibility of photoshop-hoax! Though the concept is fine IMO.
