Seeing that sleek Tiger and those SPADs together on the USS Intrepid looks kinda funny but of course they were contemporaries.

I've always liked the Tiger as a supersonic replacement for the RCN's Banshees. Would it have been compatible with HMCS Bonnaventure?

It is one of the best looking jets ever built, but they only made 192 of them and its front line service was from only 1958 to starting phase out in 1962. The F-8 was a lot more capable aircraft, and even it was the last of the day fighters.

It sure looked great flying with the Blue Angels, though.
