Guaranteed speed for the Do 215 was 500 km/h (+/- 5%) in 4500 m at 7000 kg. This was some cleaned airframe, closed gunports, etc. Engine data is for 601Aa although it's named just 601A (1175PS max, 3.7km rated alt without ram)
Below is a link to British fuels intelligence. It's an 18 page pdf but check out page 9 http://www.fischer-tropsch.org/Tom Reels/Linked/A5464/A5464-0638-0654 Item 6A.pdf
C3 Octane Number RON PN
Basically the average RON/PN of German C3 over 1942 was
Lean 93-94 RON with a Rich Performance Number of 110
Over June 1943 onwards (hard to tell exact date the dates and typing is mangled maybe they mean 1944)
Lean 95-96 RON with a Rich Performance Number of 125
The increase taking place in 1943 makes sense as at that time the Fw 190's BMW 801D2 went from 1.42 ata boost to 1.65 ata and C3 einspritzung further increased power.
It may just mean that the rich mixture response is greater than 125 without actually putting an upper value on it.
When testing captured gasoline there may only be so many tests you can run on it before you are out of sample.
The test engine had to run on a reference fuel to compare the sample to. If no reference sample above 130 PN is available all the testers can say is that the fuel equals or responds better than the reference fuel.
