It was the first 262 in flyable condition in allied hands. It was test flown in Wright Field by Russell E. Schleeh and Walter J. "Mac" McAuley, Jr. who crashed (bailed out) it on 20.8.1946. I'm a board member of the Schwäbisch Hall Airfield Museum and I would like to ask you if it is possible to get a copy of this report ? Thanks ! Here a short overview of our museum : Attraktion
