Hello I am Vick, i am an oxyholic..At this point, I am so addicted to oxygen that if I go without it for even a few minutes I would passout and die.
People who have had prolonged exposure to Dihydrogen Monoxide have suffered fatal consequences, too.Breathing oxygen will kill it's a deadly poison. It has a 100% mortality rate.
The DJs or the heads of the water dept.?They were fired before lunch.
Oxygen requires 100% at 1.6 bar (roughly 1.6 atm) to become toxic, so isn't a problem for flight. As said earlier, Apollo was 100% at 5psi, which is about 1/3 atm.
It probably depends on how much nitrogen is also in the air they are breathing ( like nitrogen narcosis in divers ). I have absolutely no idea how much of each gas is needed in either circumstance.
