I just ran across this nice shot of a P-38L-5 being rearmed. The aircraft belongs to the 429 FS and it is at Airstrip A-78 in Belgium in Jan 1945. The photo comes from the June 2012 issue of Flight Journal and is credited to Jack Cook.
