Building this right now and I noticed the nose wheel. Looks a little too structured to be wear or weathering.....thoughts?

IMHO these darker spots on the tyre look like the sheets of crusted over but still wet at the outer layer mud. The rim edges are clogged with it all around the rim edge. The enlarged shot reveals that the mud fell off the tire at the bottom. At the tyre edges it already started getting dry.
