According to one source this should be 450 pages but it is only 399. I have not determined which pages are missing, if any.
It is also too low a definition to clean properly so I only removed the graffiti. Converting to black and white made some parts unreadable.
I have OCR'd it but a lot of the OCR will be substandard due to the poor quality of the original. Some pages tried to OCR inverted. I have never seen that before.
