the american airpower museum in new york had this p-47 ( serial no. 44-90447) named "jacky's revenge" that crashed into the hudson river back in may of 2016. it did get pulled out and seemed like it was in good external condition, but its not at the museum anymore and I cant find anything online about it being repaired or anything like that. any information about it would be appreciated

The pilot died/drowned and I've heard the family or museum didn't want it restored and flying again. It could very well be still tied up in litigation as well.
