P-47 thunderbolt Throttle Quadrant Placard

Well OK but don't blame me if you crack your turbo next time you take your Jug out for a spin.

They look real good to me even with that omission.

I may have to make new placards now

I mounted the placards last night and found that the throttle quadrant mounting bracket wasn't as narrow as I thought it was, so by making the aluminum plate a little wider and decreasing the border around the plate I can make it fit. D**m

Then this morning I was looking at a color cockpit photo and saw that the "WARNING" in the smaller placard should have been red. Double D**m.

I could live with one, but not both. It'll bother me every time I look at it now!!
The only one that's not wrong is the little one that I thought would give me trouble because of the shape. It fits perfectly!

I saved the Excel file so tonight I'll run off another decal sheet and start over.

Anybody need a slightly used Thunderbolt throttle quadrant bracket placard with the wrong text on it??
