P-51B Fake Guns

Interesting thread at Britmodeller showing apparent fake guns painted on leading edges of some P-51Bs.

Very cool. First I've seen this

....und zwei of zem had infissible bullets zat made no holes in my ving.

It looks like the idea was also used for the F4U Corsair ...
