    Hello,

I'm looking to confirm whether this piece belongs to a cap petrol tank of a B-24.

    Thank you
    Dan

That is a fuel cap and could go to a number of aircraft as it is considered a "standard part." Do you have a part number or a photo of any markings that are on the part?

It seems that's a pressure refueling cap - do you have information on the site the cap was found?
