Prop Pitch German Planes

Does anyone know what the degree prop pitch was at takeoff? I imagine it depend on the prop and engine combination but say a BMW 801 with VDM and a JUMO 211 with VS11. Thanks. Also, what about the range of pitch - was it from 25-55, then you would feather etc. I found data for American props a while back but not for the German planes. Any direction would be helpful.
