A question about the attached chart of an 8th Air Force bombing mission. About the thin pointed arrows dealing with escort rendez vous points. We can read P-47, P38 or P51 (the escort fighters planned to join the raid at these rendez-vous points ), but what should we read close to the thin arrows ? 1 GP and 1GF may be ? ? What does that mean ? Best regards
