That's fantastic!

I had known the the RAF had published some kind of general material on flying as it's mentioned in most (all?) Pilot's Notes*, but that they had such comprehensive material starting with the very basics was new to me!

* You might have seen this: "These notes are complementary to A.P.2095 Pilot's Notes General and assume a thorough knowledge of its contents. All Pilots should be in possession of a copy of A.P. 2095 (see A.M.O. A718/48)"
 
This is great. The year 1937 the manual published coincided with RAF's huge expansion program caught up.

It is quite usable even in today's pilot training, but a little too complicated.
