I have recently learnt that my great uncle Norman Snelson trained USAF personel after the war. I was wondering where I may find out more information about his involvement with the USAF?
He was a Flight lieutenant flying rocket firing Typhoons in 184 squadron during the war. I am hoping to get a copy of his flight log which is held at the Imperial War Museum. Apparently he was shot down once and suffered engine trouble a second time, also escaped twice(yet to be confirmed).
