I've been following your awesome comunity for a long time, now i'm designing a new LSA aircraft with the ov-10's tail

which is why i want to ask if some one has the manuals -specially Parts Catalogue- of that great plane

The US Department of State Air Wing used OV-10's for drug interdiction work in South America. At their overhaul depot at Patrick AFB, FL they modded the OV-10's in various ways. I am quite sure they have the manuals, if you can find someone there to talk to.
