I was reading your blogs, and I remember doing this with my friend Robert StVincent back in 1993. He was a great artist, if I recall correctly there is a painting that he did and is at Edwards Air base in Mojave bringing down a P-51 Mustang. My mom is from Guatemala and she remembers when Jerry did a fly by shooting at the presidential palace in Guatemala city with his P-47 Thunderbolt. My friend past away but if you google P-47 paintings you'll find some of his art work. Well I'm so happy to hear that he did finish his story and that others have read it.

iirc they have a corsair that flew and fought in that war ...which is being refurbished. will have to see if i can find that site....
