The colour seems very close to Fastmongrel's Bristol Bletchely.The colours are definitely along the lines of the Speed Spitfire and Supermarine racers.

If you google supermarine racer there are lots of pics of the real thing, various combinations of a light royal blue and silver.The colour seems very close to Fastmongrel's Bristol Bletchely.
