I'm not convinced of the idea of the Defiant as a fighter, but of the Sea Defiant, as a fast scout dive-bomber to rival the D4Y, and as fast as a Zero, I quite like the idea. We would of course need 5 Ark Royal style carriers instead of the KGV class battleships,
