My husband was given a wheel and was told it was from the guys farther who worked in the spitfire factory? We have no idea if it is infact from a plane or a trolly ect but it would be nice to know? So if any of you could help that would be super! i have included some photos and nimbers ect. Thank you in advance.

Well, I'll start by saying it's not from a Spitfire. If it is an aircraft wheel (and it may not be as you say) then I'd suggest it would be off something lighter like one of the earlier biplanes or small trainers.
 
Judging by the rust at the wheel hub I would say say it is made of steel. Usually a such item used for planes , is made of aluminium. Well.. I doubt it is from a plane. It is more likely it is from a kind of a trolley or so.
