Thanks for the original link. It is still 'live' but the Flight Manual is 1000+ individual jpegs .
With a little surfing I found it as a pdf at - www.habu.org - The Online Blackbird Museum - Blackbird Books and Videos - about 2/3rds down the booklist page. I had no idea there were that many SR-71 books!
I also found this CIA book on their use of the U-2, 272 lightly censored pages, free 9 Mb pdf download -
