My first 2022 finish is this 1/72 Tamiya P-51D. Nothing extra added. Tamiya tape for the belts, Gunze Aqueous for the paints, Eaglestrike and the kit's Cartograph decals for the markings. This was my first time at trying black base/marbling. It turned out very subtle, but i like how it gives the large areas of a single color a little "life. "

thanks y'all!

the front canopy did not go on well. For some reason the ES decals fought me. But other than that it went alright. Happy to have an 8th AF Mustang in the collection.
