This is not an aircraft question as such but one about aircraft tracking and dissemination of the information. If not permitted please delete.

Does anyone know about the Teleplotter or an information source about it?

In addition to the following link I have a set of the USN CIC magazines.

This may be a bit confusing - In the context of the Navy CIC, it appears that Teleplotter may be some sort of Repeater Scope for a PPI. In the early 1950s, a Commercially available Teleplotter was a device to remotely produce a Paper Chart, used as an output device for early computers, generally fed data by Punch Cards or Paper Tape.
